- By what time is the room to be left?
	We kindly ask our Guests to leave the room by 12:00 on the day of departure; should it not be possible, we ask you to inform the Reception.
- At what time is the room available on the day of arrival?
	We are glad to put the room to the disposal of our Guests as soon as possible. If all rooms are occupied during the previous night, your room will be available by 12:00.
- Are animals welcome?
	Small size pets are welcome, provided their presence is communicated on booking.
- Is it secure to book online by credit card?
	Sure it is: THE DATA TRANSMISSION IS SECURED BY SSL ENCRYPTION. Usually Our hotel don't charge your credit card (except the non refundable rates). Payment shall be made at the hotel in cash or by credit card. Credit card data are required as a booking guarantee. Credit cards are charged only in case the reservation is cancelled after the cancellation deadline specified in the booking procedure or if the guest fails to arrive.
- Is there a shuttle service from/to the airport?
	Upon request, we can provide you with a car rental service for your trips. There is also a shuttle service, called Aerobus, that arrives inside the airport and can be boarded every half an hour at the central railway station.
- Is there a shuttle service from/to the showground?
	We provide our guests with a free shuttle service for the major trade shows. Further details can be asked directly at the hotel.
- Which credit cards are accepted?
	In all of our hotels we accept all major cards: American Express - Visa - Diners - Carta Sì - Master Card - Bancomat.
- Where can I park my car?
	Our hotel have a garage and the possibility of using the big hotel parking area free of charge. On booking or upon arrival you can make a request for a parking place in the hotel garage.
- Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
	Luggage can be stored at the hotel until the time of departure.
- At what time is breakfast served?
	In our hotel a rich buffet breakfast can be enjoyed from 07:00 to 9.30. If you have different requirements, please arrange it directly with the Receptions.
- How can I cancel an online reservation?
	Within the deadline set it is possible to change and/or cancel the reservations by using the booking code communicated in the immediate confirmation that you receive via e-mail.
- Is it possible to cancel a reservation?
	Your credit card will not be charged if the cancellation and/or change is made prior to the deadline specified in the booking procedure (the cancellation deadline is always specified while the on-line booking and is reported in the booking confirmation that you receive via e-mail). In case of late cancellation or no-show, a fee will be charged (specified both during the booking procedure and in the booking confirmation that you receive via e-mail). To cancel a reservation it is necessary to use the same channel used for booking: a booking made online shall be cancelled online, just like a reservation made through a Booking Centre or a Travel Agent can only be changed through that Booking Centre or Travel Agent. If notice of early departure is given after the arrival, the whole stay booked will be charged.
- Whats your Privacy Policy?
	Complying with Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, we inform you that your personal data are collected (résumé, information enquiries and/or reservations and/or requests for our special offers and the use of the online booking system and the subscription to the newsletter for receiving commercial and promotional communications) and processed by Eurogarden Hotel respecting your rights, your fundamental freedoms, and anyway in compliance with the minimum security measures provided for by the law. Your personal data will be processed only to meet your requests (personnel selection, providing answers to your information enquiries, processing your booking request for the hotel services provided by Eurogarden Hotel). The collection of your data and your consent are mandatory for the transmission of your requests and the relevant processing of your personal data collected in this way. Your data can be processed with both information science and paper tools and will be kept at the premises of the company Gruppo Di Giansante Hotels in Bologna, Via Z. Merli 12/a. The data may be communicated to subsidiary companies, controlling companies, affiliated companies, or companies that are anyway linked to Eurogarden Hotel, always for the same processing purposes indicated in this statement. Concerning those who send their résumé, their personal information may also be communicated, in compliance with the minimum security measures, to personnel selection companies. In no case shall the data be made public. At any time you can assert your rights towards the Owner of the collected data, according to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, that is to say you can obtain the confirmation of the existence (or non-existence) of personal information regarding you, even if it is not recorded yet, and its communication in an understandable form. You shall also have the right to obtain the updating, correction and integration of your data. Finally, you shall have the right to oppose, completely or partially for legitimate reasons, the processing of your personal data even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection, as well as the right to oppose the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material, or for purposes of direct sale, performance of market researches or commercial communications. The sole Owner of the collected data is Eurogarden Hotel, with premises in Ozzano Emilia - 40064, Via dei Billi 2/A. Consent complying with Art. 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 The person concerned, having acquired the information provided by the Owner of the collected data, in compliance with Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, gives his or her consent to the processing of his or her personal data for the purposes indicated in the above-said statement. He or she also gives his or her consent to the communication of his or her personal information for the purposes and to the subjects indicated in the statement.
