Complying with Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, we inform you that your personal data are collected (résumé, information enquiries and/or reservations and/or requests for our special offers and the use of the online booking system and the subscription to the newsletter for receiving commercial and promotional communications) and processed by Eurogarden Hotel respecting your rights, your fundamental freedoms, and anyway in compliance with the minimum security measures provided for by the law.
Your personal data will be processed only to meet your requests (personnel selection, providing answers to your information enquiries, processing your booking request for the hotel services provided by Eurogarden Hotel).
The collection of your data and your consent are mandatory for the transmission of your requests and the relevant processing of your personal data collected in this way.
Your data can be processed with both information science and paper tools and will be kept at the premises of the company CA s.r.l. in Ozzano Emilia, Via dei Billi 2/a.
The data may be communicated to subsidiary companies, controlling companies, affiliated companies, or companies that are anyway linked to Eurogarden Hotel, always for the same processing purposes indicated in this statement. Concerning those who send their résumé, their personal information may also be communicated, in compliance with the minimum security measures, to personnel selection companies.
In no case shall the data be made public.
At any time you can assert your rights towards the Owner of the collected data, according to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, that is to say you can obtain the confirmation of the existence (or non-existence) of personal information regarding you, even if it is not recorded yet, and its communication in an understandable form. You shall also have the right to obtain the updating, correction and integration of your data. Your credit card will not be charged if the cancellation and/or change is made prior to the deadline specified in the booking stages (the cancellation deadline is always specified while the on-line booking and is reported in the booking confirmation that you receive via e-mail).
In case of late cancellation or no-show, a fee will be charged (specified both during the booking stages and in the booking confirmation that you receive by e-mail).
To cancel a reservation it is necessary to use the same channel used for booking: a booking made online shall be cancelled online, just like a reservation made through a Booking Centre or a Travel Agent can only be changed through that Booking Centre or Travel Agent. If notice of early departure is given after the arrival, the whole stay booked will be charged.

Within the deadline set it is possible to change and/or cancel the reservations by using the booking code communicated with the immediate confirmation that you receive by e-mail.

In our hotel a rich buffet breakfast can be enjoyed from 07:00 to 10.00.
If you have different requirements, please arrange it directly with the Receptions.

Luggage can be stored at the hotel until the time of departure.

Our hotel have a garage and the possibility of using the big hotel parking area free of charge.
On booking or upon arrival you can make a request for a parking place in the hotel garage.

Availability of low cost shuttle service (green shuttle) to/from hotel to/from airport and Bologna exhibition with reservation within 9.00 pm of the day before.

Upon request, we can provide you with a car rental service for your trips. There is also a shuttle service, called Aerobus, that arrives inside the airport and can be boarded every half an hour at the central railway station.

Sure it is: THE DATA TRANSMISSION IS SECURED BY SSL ENCRYPTION.
Usually Our hotel don’t charge your credit card (except the non refundable rates).
Payment shall be made at the hotel in cash or by credit card.
Credit card data are required as a booking guarantee. Credit cards are charged only in case the reservation is cancelled after the cancellation deadline specified in the booking stager or if the guest fails to arrive.

We are glad to put the room to the disposal of our Guests as soon as possible.
If all rooms are occupied during the previous night, your room will be available by 12:00

We kindly ask our Guests to leave the room by 12:00 on the day of departure; should it not be possible, we ask you to inform the Reception.
