Your credit card will not be charged if the cancellation and/or change is made prior to the deadline specified in the booking stages (the cancellation deadline is always specified while the on-line booking and is reported in the booking confirmation that you receive via e-mail).
In case of late cancellation or no-show, a fee will be charged (specified both during the booking stages and in the booking confirmation that you receive by e-mail).
To cancel a reservation it is necessary to use the same channel used for booking: a booking made online shall be cancelled online, just like a reservation made through a Booking Centre or a Travel Agent can only be changed through that Booking Centre or Travel Agent. If notice of early departure is given after the arrival, the whole stay booked will be charged.

Upon request, we can provide you with a car rental service for your trips. There is also a shuttle service, called Aerobus, that arrives inside the airport and can be boarded every half an hour at the central railway station.

Usually Our hotel don’t charge your credit card (except the non refundable rates).
Payment shall be made at the hotel in cash or by credit card.
Credit card data are required as a booking guarantee. Credit cards are charged only in case the reservation is cancelled after the cancellation deadline specified in the booking stager or if the guest fails to arrive.
