Cancellation Policy 
Reservations can be cancelled (except a non refundable rate ) up to the deadline specified while the booking process and in the reservation confirmation. Otherwise, a no-show fee equal to the first night’s room fee shall be charged. If notice of early departure is given after the arrival, the whole stay booked shall be charged.

On-line booking and cancellation policy
Booking is mandatory and must be guaranteed by credit card. The transmission of credit card data is protected by 128 bit SSL. The online booking system doesn’t require immediate payment  (except the non refundable rates); the actual transaction doesn’t take place online, but directly at the hotel when checking out, in cash or by credit card. Credit card data are required only as a booking guarantee (except the non refundable rates). The hotel doesn’t charge your credit card  (except non refundable rates).
If the reservation isn’t cancelled before the cancellation deadline specified in the booking procedure or the guest fails to arrive, the hotel will charge a penalty (the average cost of one night) (as specified during the booking procedure and in the final confirmation the hotel sends the guest by e-mail). The credit card won’t be charged at all if the cancellation is made within the deadline. Besides, within the set deadline it is possible to change and/or cancel one’s booking by entering the booking code received with the immediate confirmation sent via e-mail by the hotel.
A booking made online shall be cancelled online by entering the booking confirmation code and the name and surname of the booking person in the relevant fields. If notice of early departure is given after the arrival, the whole stay booked shall be charged. To cancel a reservation it is necessary to use the same channel used for booking: a booking made online shall be cancelled online, just like a reservation made through a Booking Centre or a Travel Agent can only be changed through Booking Centre or Travel Agent.

Packages
The hotels reserve the right to change the programs of theme leisure packages if necessary; guests will be informed upon booking. Packages are applicable on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, if not otherwise stated. The packages’ special rates are reserved for a limited number of rooms. When there are no more such rooms available, further booking at these conditions might not be accepted, even though there might still be vacancies.

Basic proposal
We invite you to ask upon booking, for each single package, for a detailed description of the services included and the costs that could possibly arise from extensions of stay or additional services. The prices of packages are meant per person or per room, according to what is specified, and are valid until current year’s 31 December, except where otherwise stated. When available, it is possible to ask for a Superior or Deluxe room by paying a supplement. The supplement is applied to the standard room.

Prices
Prices can undergo restrictions or not be applied in peak periods, e.g. during trade exhibitions or international conventions.

Last Minute Rates
There are Last Minute Rates both at midweek and at weekends. Midweek Last Minute Rates, from Monday to Thursday, can be booked starting from 24 hours prior to the arrival, while weekend rates, from Friday to Sunday, can be booked starting from 48 hours prior to the arrival. Last Minute Rates are not refundable; in case the guest fails to arrive, the hotel will charge the whole stay.
